We’re seeking an exceptional Data Operator to collect and manage data, uncover insights, and support Monto’s customer requirements. This entry-level position requires no prior experience or academic degree and offers excellent growth opportunities within fast-growing startup investment.
Responsibilities
- Collecting, managing, and analyzing data.
- Solve issues and discover patterns in the data.
- Collaborating with other teams in the department.
- Identifying and reporting bugs and issues in processes.
Shift Requirements
- Morning shift: 10:00-19:00
- Evening shift: 15:00-00:00 (once a week)
- Weekend shift (once a month):
- Friday – 10:00-15:30
- Saturday – 10:00-15:00
Requirements
- English proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Full-time availability for at least 18 months.
- Attention to detail: Strong analytical thinking and precision in work.
