We’re seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team at Monto! We are looking for a proactive and strategic individual who has successfully built and nurtured partnerships, particularly during a startup’s early growth stages. This role is critical in shaping and scaling our partnership strategy, driving a significant impact on our company’s growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and Develop Strategic Partnerships: Discover and establish relationships with key partners, including technology providers, service integrators, and complementary solution vendors, to enhance Monto’s value proposition.
- New Partnerships Onboarding & Adoption: Develop joint marketing and sales plays that effectively position partner solutions in conjunction with Monto’s core benefits.
- Partner with the designed Business Development lead on Alliances to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify partnership opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive opportunities for partner-driven growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years B2B sales, account management, partnerships, or business development experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Extensive experience in a partnerships/ecosystem role, building and iterating on new partnership models that scale, preferably at a high-growth company. We want these programs to last long after you’ve grown out of this role!
- Fluent English – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong understanding of the startup lifecycle and common challenges faced by startups
