What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and Develop Strategic Partnerships: Discover and establish relationships with key partners, including technology providers, service integrators, and complementary solution vendors, to enhance Monto’s value proposition.
  • New Partnerships Onboarding & Adoption: Develop joint marketing and sales plays that effectively position partner solutions in conjunction with Monto’s core benefits.
  • Partner with the designed Business Development lead on Alliances to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify partnership opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive opportunities for partner-driven growth.

Requirements:

Senior Backend Software Developer

We’re seeking a Senior Backend Software Developer proficient in Node.js (and TypeScript) to join our backend team. In this role, you will develop and maintain scalable backend systems, including playing a central role in building Monto’s V2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development and system architecture and work on scaling a product.

What You’ll Do:

  • You’ll be a part of a highly dedicated “commando” team, working together with the technological leaders including the CTO.
  • Lead and take end-to-end ownership of entire product development and be part of a multidisciplinary team. You’ll also participate in the planning phase of our new product.
  • Review code developed by others and provide feedback and mentoring to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency)

The AR Analyst will be a key factor in Monto’s product flow, enabling Monto’s users to monitor all invoices from the different supplier portals in one place, enable auto-invoice upload to portals, and support customers’ requests toward a 97% retention rate.

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor invoice status on the different supplier’s portals.
  • Upload invoices to the different portals according to buyers’ requests.
  • Solve issues that occur during the uploading process.
  • Measure your performance.
  • Collect buyers’ requests for correct billing.
  • Be the “expert” on portals and present Monto’s team insights.
  • Work closely with CPO as a primary user of the in-house product “Backoffice.”
