We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Team Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage ~15 employees, lead daily operations, build strong collaboration with cross-company teams, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
This is a full-time role that may require flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 15 employees.
  • Build and scale a high-performing team culture based on ownership, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, 1:1s, and development plans tailored to each employee.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day operational workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and SLA adherence.
  • Design and optimize operational processes to improve throughput and reduce errors.
  • Maintain and manage weekly schedules, priorities, capacity planning, and team KPIs.
  • Lead by example with a hands-on approach when needed – a professional anchor for the team.

Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor performance on a weekly and monthly basis, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans.

Cross-Functional Process Leadership

  • Lead and drive cross-company initiatives that require strong collaboration with R&D, Product, Automation, CS, and Operations.
  • Serve as the Ops representative in multidisciplinary projects, ensuring alignment, transparency, and smooth execution.
  • Identify systemic challenges and spearhead multi-team solutions that improve quality, customer experience, and internal efficiency.
  • Build strong communication channels with relevant stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field – advantage.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment; fintech experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with high-level English.
